Fighter 35: River Strike · Last updated: 6 October 2026

Fighter 35: River Strike ("the game") is developed by Trinitytech Developers (trinitytech.dev). This policy explains what data the game uses and why. We collect as little as possible.

1. Data stored on your device

Your settings, scores, career statistics, badges, chosen avatar and callsign, coins and Hangar items are saved on your device. If you don't sign in, they stay only there and are deleted when you uninstall the game.

2. Data we process when you use online features

3. Advertising

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address and information about ad interactions to show and measure ads, and, where you have agreed, to personalise them. See how Google uses data in ads. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings. Buying "Remove Ads" removes the ads shown between games.

4. Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Hosting), Google AdMob, Google Play and Apple App Store services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States.

5. How long we keep data

Your account, cloud progress and leaderboard entry are kept until you delete your account. Device information is kept while the game is in operation. Feedback is kept as long as it is useful to improve the game. Purchase records are kept as long as the app stores and tax law require.

6. Your rights

Delete your account: in the game open Settings → Account → Delete account, or use the account deletion page. This deletes your account, cloud progress and leaderboard entry at once.

You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data (including your leaderboard entry) by contacting us through trinitytech.dev. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.

7. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available at this address.
